Team experience supporting small and medium businesses
Too small for an IT team. Too reliant on tech to go without.
Most businesses with 5 to 100 staff sit right here. Without proper IT support, the owner or office manager ends up doing it, usually at the worst possible time.
Managed IT fixes this with a fixed monthly fee, a team that knows your setup, and problems caught before your staff notice them.
- Staff lose hours to slow computers, logins and printer problems
- Nobody’s checking the backups or the security updates
- Your IT person is busy, away or can’t keep up
- Every fix is an invoice, and you never know how big it’ll be
Everything you need from an IT department
Every managed IT client gets all of this as standard. The scope grows with your business, not the list of extras.

What managed IT costs
One fixed monthly fee covers the full service: helpdesk, onsite visits, monitoring, security, patching, supplier management and planning. Where you sit in the range depends on your number of users, sites and requirements.
- No lock-in contracts. Stay because the service is good.
- No surprise invoices. Projects like office moves are quoted before any work starts.
- Cheaper than hiring. An in-house IT person costs $70,000 or more a year before super, leave and training.
per user, per month
A 10-person business usually pays about $1,200 to $2,500 a month for a complete outsourced IT department.
Up and running in one to two weeks

A quick conversation about your business, your current IT and what needs fixing. No hard sell.
IT assessment

You call us when you need help, we call you when we spot something, and regular reviews keep it all on track.

Common questions
Where do you provide onsite IT support?
Across South East Queensland, including Brisbane, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, with same-day onsite support for critical issues. Most issues are fixed remotely, and we support businesses anywhere in Australia remotely.
What does managed IT support include?
Everything a small business needs from an IT department: a remote helpdesk, onsite visits, 24/7 monitoring, patching, endpoint and email security, backup monitoring, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace management, supplier management, reporting and IT planning. It’s all covered by one fixed monthly fee.
What's the difference between managed IT and break-fix?
Break-fix is reactive: you pay by the hour when something goes wrong, and nobody is watching your systems in between. Managed IT is proactive: we monitor and maintain your systems and fix problems before they affect your business, for a fixed monthly fee.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. We don’t use lock-in contracts. If the service is good you’ll stay, and if it isn’t, a contract shouldn’t be the reason you can’t leave.
How quickly do you respond?
Critical issues such as systems down or a security incident get a response within the hour. General requests are usually picked up within 2 to 4 business hours, and most are fixed remotely within 30 minutes of a tech connecting.
We already have an IT person. Can you work alongside them?
Yes. Your IT person keeps handling the day-to-day, and we provide the monitoring, security, specialist skills and planning. This is often called co-managed IT and works well for growing businesses.
What if we're with another IT provider?
We manage the switch for you: getting access to your systems, documenting your environment and making sure there is no gap in support. Most transitions take one to two weeks with no disruption to your team.
Does managed IT include cyber security?
Yes. Every managed IT client gets endpoint protection, email security, patching and backup monitoring as standard. For more, we offer security awareness training, Essential Eight and SMB1001 work, and incident response planning through our cyber security services.
How much does managed IT cost?
For most small and medium businesses it costs between $120 and $250 per user per month, depending on complexity. You get a fixed-price proposal after a free assessment of your setup.
