Businesses supported
No managed plan required
When the job is bigger than a support ticket
Some work doesn’t fit a monthly support plan: a new office, a network that can’t keep up, or a server that should have gone to the cloud years ago. These jobs need planning, a clear price and someone who sees them through.
We run projects for managed clients and for businesses that just need one job done well.
Already a managed client?
Project work is quoted separately from your monthly fee, so your monthly cost stays predictable.
Not a client?
You don’t need a managed plan. We scope it, quote it, deliver it and hand it over.
IT projects for growing businesses
The projects we run most often, from one new site to a full platform change.
Office moves and fit-outs
Internet, Wi-Fi, phones, printers and meeting rooms, with cabling arranged through installers we trust, timed to your fit-out so IT works the day you move in.
New sites
A new branch, warehouse or shop set up to the same standard as the rest of the business.
Network and Wi-Fi upgrades
Firewalls, switches and business-grade Wi-Fi planned for your floor plan, with guest networks kept separate and cabling arranged through installers we trust.
Server to cloud migrations
Files and email moved off an ageing server to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or other cloud services.
Hardware rollouts
Laptops and desktops sourced, set up with your apps and security, and handed over ready to use. Old devices securely wiped.
Security uplift projects
MFA for everyone, EDR, email security and admin rights removed, working towards the Essential Eight or SMB1001.
Changing platforms? We migrate Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace in both directions. See Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace migrations.
Moving office with IT ready on day one
Office moves go wrong when IT is left to the last week. Internet services can take weeks to connect, and data points have to go in before the walls close up. Talk to us early, ideally four to six weeks before move-in, though we can work to tighter timelines.
We coordinate with your builder and electrician so cabling, power and network points end up where desks, screens and printers will actually be. The move happens after hours or over a weekend, and we test everything before your team walks in.

- Cabling and data points agreed with your builder
- Internet ordered early
- Firewall, switches and Wi-Fi installed and tested
- Phones and numbers moved across
- Printers, screens and meeting rooms set up
- Every desk tested before your team arrives

How we run every project
The same five steps, whether it is a new laptop fleet or a full office move.
Scope
We work out what you need, document the requirements and agree the deliverables, including what is out of scope.
Fixed quote
A clear price and timeline before any work starts. If something changes, we talk to you before it affects the cost.
Schedule around you
Cutovers, moves and network changes happen after hours or over a weekend wherever possible.
Deliver and test
We keep you updated at each stage and test everything before calling the job done.
Document and hand over
You get documentation of what was done and how it is set up, plus extra support in the days after go-live.
An IT roadmap and budget you can plan around
Sometimes you need an honest view of where things stand before any project starts. We review your IT, security and software, then give you a plain-English report with prioritised recommendations.
From there we build a roadmap and budget: which hardware is due for replacement, which licences renew when, and which projects matter most. IT spending stops being a series of surprises. Choosing between platforms, or between a server and the cloud? We give you a straight answer.

IT projects: common questions
How do you price IT projects?
We quote a fixed price after a scoping conversation, so you know the cost before work starts. No open-ended hourly billing and no surprise invoice. If the scope changes, we agree it with you first.
Do we need a managed IT plan to use your project services?
No. We deliver standalone projects for businesses that aren’t on a managed plan: scoped, quoted, delivered and handed over with documentation. If you decide you want ongoing support later, the move is easy because we already know your environment.
How far ahead should we plan IT for an office move?
Ideally four to six weeks before move-in. Internet services can take weeks to connect, and cabling needs to go in during the fit-out. We can work to tighter timelines when we have to, but earlier involvement means fewer compromises.
Can you move us from an on-premises server to the cloud?
Yes. We work out what the server does today, plan where each part should live, migrate your files and email, set up security and retire the old server once everything is confirmed working in the cloud.
Will an IT project disrupt our business?
We keep disruption to a minimum. Data copies in the background while you work, and cutovers or network swaps happen after hours or over a weekend. You’ll know exactly what’s happening, and when, before we start.
Do you offer IT consulting without a project?
Yes. We can review your IT and give you a plain-English report, a roadmap and a budget, or simply help you make one decision, such as which platform to choose or when to replace hardware.
Do you do projects outside South East Queensland?
Cloud migrations and security uplift can be done remotely anywhere in Australia. Onsite work like office moves and Wi-Fi covers Brisbane, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, and elsewhere we arrange onsite visits when a job needs them.
